1. These terms and conditions of the Lillebaar Pojeng e-shop (E-shop) apply to purchases made from the Lillebaar Pojeng e-shop at the following web address The seller of the goods is Lillebaar Pojeng OÜ (Merchant), registration code 14614987, Salme 15, Tallinn 10413. These terms and conditions apply to all persons who make a purchase from the e-shop (Customer) and the Seller based on the legal relationship arising from the purchase of goods through the Lillebaar Pojeng e-shop.
  2. In addition to these terms and conditions of sale, the laws in force in the Republic of Estonia apply to purchases made from the e-shop.
  3. The Merchant has the right to unilaterally modify and amend the terms and conditions of sale and the prices of the products and services in the e-shop without the obligation to notify the Customer in writing via e-mail. If the prices in the E-shop have been changed after the Customer has placed and paid for the order, the corresponding products will be delivered to the Customer at the prices valid at the time of placing the order.
  4. By ticking the checkbox in the respective window “I agree to the terms,” the Customer agrees that they have read and understood the terms stated in the General Terms and Conditions.

  5. You can start the order by selecting a bouquet or other products and adding them to the Cart.
  6. The bouquets are in the same color tones as in the pictures, but may vary depending on seasonally available flowers. The Merchant reserves the right to modify the flower selection according to available flowers, while maintaining the colors and composition as close as possible to the product shown in the picture. When changing the flower selection, the Merchant ensures that the price remains the same. Product images are illustrative.
  7. When sending a flower bouquet, it is possible to add a greeting card, and you can add the text of the card in the cart when placing the order. The Merchant reserves the right to choose the greeting card.
  8. Vases are not included with the product.
  9. After you have added all the desired items to the shopping cart, the order process continues on the shopping cart page. On the Cart page, the created order will be displayed, showing the product names, prices, and quantities.
  10. To complete the order, the Customer is obligated to fill in all the required fields.
  11. As a delivery method, the Merchant uses courier service within Tallinn and its vicinity up to 15km from the city border (e.g. Nõmme, Viimsi, Maardu, Jüri, Saku, Saue, Tabasalu).
  12. The Merchant is not responsible for any non-fulfillment of the order or any resulting consequences due to incorrect information provided by the Customer.
  13. If any information remains unclear to the Merchant, the Merchant will contact the Customer by phone.
  14. If the product is an alcoholic beverage, by making the purchase, the Customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old and the recipient of the goods is also at least 18 years old. The courier company will verify the recipient’s age upon delivery of alcohol, and in case of doubt, the courier may ask the recipient to present an identity document. If the recipient refuses to present the document, the courier may refuse to deliver the alcohol, and the payment will not be refunded. According to the alcohol law, the sale of alcohol is allowed from 10:00 to 22:00. Shipments that include alcohol will be delivered between 10:00 and 18:00.


14. Delivery of flower bouquets through courier service is available from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you choose the option of self-pickup, you can collect the bouquet from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and on Saturday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

15. Orders placed on Saturday after 4:00 PM and on Sunday will be processed on Monday.

16. The Customer’s order will be delivered to the recipient via courier service (Courier) to the specified delivery address or you can choose the self-pickup option.

17. Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, when choosing courier service, will be delivered on the next calendar day (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

18. On major holidays (Friendship Day, Women’s Day, Father’s Day, and September 1st), special conditions may apply for online orders, which the Merchant will notify through social media (Instagram).

19. If the recipient is not present, the Courier may leave the flowers with a trusted third party (e.g., neighbor, administrator, doorman, colleague, etc.).

20. The Merchant is not responsible if the recipient refuses to accept the flowers without a valid reason. In such cases, the Merchant is not obligated to refund the payment.


21. Flowers are considered perishable goods, and due to legal regulations, their return is not possible.


22. The Merchant uses the Customer’s entered personal data (such as name, phone number, address, email address, bank details, and website usage data through cookies) solely for order processing. The Merchant shares the personal data with the courier service provider to ensure the delivery of the order.

23. The Merchant does not have access to the Customer’s confidential banking and credit card details.

24. Any disputes between the Parties shall be resolved through negotiations. The resolution of disputes shall be based on the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
